MB Speakeasy and The Speakeasy Slice were born from a simple idea: if you’re going to step out for the night, it ought to feel like you’ve stepped somewhere else entirely. Somewhere hidden. Somewhere intentional. Somewhere worth remembering.

Our Story

The inspiration came from the Prohibition era, a time when the best places weren’t advertised, weren’t obvious, and definitely weren’t ordinary. Back then, quality mattered because you had to seek it out. You dressed the part. You played a role. You savored the moment.

We took that spirit and gave it a modern heartbeat.

MB Speakeasy is our cocktail bar. Dim lights. Live music. Handcrafted drinks made properly, not rushed, not diluted by shortcuts. Every cocktail has a purpose, a balance, and a little bit of theater. When you walk through our doors, you’re not just a customer. You’re a guest in a different era.

What Our Pizza Is All About

Pizza should be simple, but never careless.

Our dough is made from scratch using a long fermentation process that builds flavor the slow way. The result is what we call Neo-York-apolitan: Neapolitan-sized pies with a crisp bottom, a chewy bite, and just enough structure to hold up to real toppings and real flavor.

We don’t chase gimmicks. We chase balance.
